Proposal & Estimation - Solar Rooftop / Solar EPC
Position Summary :
Shall be Responsible for complete Proposal preparation along with focus on cost reduction.
Key Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Understanding of Rooftop/GM Solar project, array layout.
2. Evaluating the tender specifications to understanding the system deliverables, technical discussion with consultant / customer preparing detail technical offer.
3. Estimation of bill of quantities for a defined scope while ensuring technical conformance.
4. Preparing cost estimates based on offers from vendors, decision for sourcing of equipment's to arrive at optimal cost.
5. Evaluating the commercial terms & conditions, contract riders, taxation etc with assistance from the project commercial.
6. Ensure Timely proposal submission through Expediting and Follow-up efforts as and when required.
Experience :
1. Experience in Distributed Solar Energy Proposal Preparation.
2. Handling Technical aspect of project which includes understanding of design requirement coordination with D & E /BD to arrive optimal solution.
3. Attending techno-commercial meetings, pre-bid negotiations with vendors and formulation of comparative statement and interaction with all concern departments
