We are looking for AVP- Financial Operations who will oversee all financial aspects of business and drive the company's financial strategy and planning. He / She will be responsible for assessing the financial performance of the company as well as possible risks and investments. In addition, be responsible for managing a breadth of staff functions and be both strategic and tactical.

What you will do:

Operations:

The role will cover the management of entire gamut of activities of client operations

Operation team is expected to manage the following activities:

- Handling KYC of investors

- Team Management

- On boarding of the investors on the platform

- Execution of monthly rent that is to be paid out to different investors

- Handling queries related to tax and other compliance related issues

- Managing settlements & reconciliations

- Continuous automation of operations to optimize & enhance the on-going customer operations & experience

- Keep a track of funding process and provide regular updates to the management on the status of the same

- Interact closely with Investor relation and Asset management team to highlight the key issues and create strategies to mitigate them

- Working with the Tech team in managing investor dashboards and the Property management team in transferring monthly rents and mailing monthly newsletters

- Work with product, technology, compliance and sales team to understand and address new developments and regulations and help in managing entire project from incubation to release stage

- Working with the team and create ongoing tracker for the processes performed and report to VP-Finance at regular intervals

Criteria

- Proven experience as Manager/AVP Financial Operations or similar role

- Knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, laws and best practices

- Minimum 6 -8 years experience in a middle management role

- Proven track record of success facilitating progressive organizational change and development within a growing organization

- Keen to understand business model and implement various SEBI requirement from operations perspective

- Solid knowledge of financial aspects and day-to-day operations

- Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software

- An analytical mind with a strategic ability

- Excellent organizational and leadership skills

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

- MBA Finance with excellent grade and from premier Institute Or CA cleared in 1st / 2nd attempt
