Property Pistol - Post Sales Role (0-4 yrs)
- Analyze volume of repairs by store on a monthly basis
- Proficient computer skills including all Microsoft Office applications
- Sell after market products to dealership customers
- Prospect on a day-to-day basis by phone, mail, and person to person
- Ensure customers are 100% satisfied
- Inspect all vehicles prior to delivery and explain and demonstrate operation of all current equipment
- Make appointments for customers to have accessories installed
- Work with vendors to ensure good pricing and service
- Work with Service and Parts Managers to ensure good communication and working relationships between departments
- Follow dealership guidelines for sale of accessories
