Propellum - Manager - Marketing (3-6 yrs)
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who blends in the skills of marketing research, analysis and product management, in the Software domain. You will be directly reporting to the VP. The major focus of work will
include, but not be limited to, defining & validating new ideas and initiatives for the company. You should be open / versatile to work in multiple roles to manage Sales demos, market validation calls, designing of s/w product prototypes / ppts, etc.
Roles and responsibilities:
Product Management:
- Defining and designing new products and services
- Create Product Flows, Wireframes, and Prototypes
- Preparation of product / service roadmaps and business/ revenue plans
- Work closely with the software development team for the development of new products or POC's
Marketing and Presales Solutions:
- Develop and explore new ideas, initiatives and products / services
- Conduct market research and analysis to validate new ideas at every stage
- Product presentations and demos
- Customer Case Studies and Use Case preparation
- Preparation of sales and marketing collateral
- Competitor analysis
Desired Skills & Experience:
- At least 3-5 years' experience in a relevant role.
- Experience with designing s/w wireframes & prototypes.
- Experience of Presales for s/w and / or IT services in international market will be preferred.
- Good market research & analysis skills.
- Experience in launching new s/w products in the market.
- Experience in conceptualizing marketing collateral for s/w products or services like sales ppts, brochures and other corporate communication materials.
