Founded by IIT, IIM, FMS alumni, the core team consists of strong finance and operations background from companies such as Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, New Silk Route, Schlumberger, and Udaan. We work with more than 350 Institutes across Skilling, EdTech, Vocational, and coaching segments. With an annual disbursal run rate of INR 500 Crores and NPAs below 1%, we are one of the best managed & quickest growing loan portfolios. The startup has raised more than 4 million dollars in funding from Stellaris VP, India Quotient, Indian Angel Network till now and new rounds of funding are in line.

Job Details :

1) Strategize hiring requirements according to business demands and ensuring that the hiring needs are met on time and in the most cost effective manner

2) Develop strategies to ensure talent pipelines are continuously being strengthened in order to support the current as well as the future needs of the business

3) Lead the Talent Acquisition team. Manage the day-to-day operations and performance of the recruiting team and ensure the team is aligned with the growth vision and talent acquisition goals of the company.

4) Monitor market trends in hiring practices and ensure our strategy is in line with the market.

5)Develop and manage metrics to measure the growth and performance of the team.

6) Establish a strong collaborative way of feedback mechanism to solve difficult mandates with a focus on meeting the expectations of multiple stakeholders.

7) Utilize social media recruiting skills to market the open positions, attract talent and build online communities

Profile requirements :

- 5-10 yrs of relevant experience

- Proven track record of leading the Talent agenda in an independent capacity

- Highly organized in work planning and team communication

- Experience of working at high scale operations/ E-commerce/Fintech/Executive search is plus

- Great verbal, written communication and negotiation skills

- Loves taking ownership and achieving targets

- Excellent stakeholder management skills
