Our credit algos predict the quality of an Institution and make a prediction on the students' employment potential and intention to repay using alternate data ignored by big banks.

Reporting Manager: Director, Operations

Roles & responsibilities of the required position:

- Act as an owner of the complete disbursement process for multiple teams.

- Ensure watertight process in the complete disbursement cycle and deliver as per SLAs.

- Build team members to ensure the process is followed in letter and spirit.

- Ensure regulatory compliance & quality throughout the life cycle process.

- Be the point of contact for the product & tech team to unblock the bottlenecks.

- Direct interaction with sales teams & customer support to drive daily disbursements, solve for escalations and have a customer centric mindset.

- Ensure the timely training of members, new process automation & technology implementation at required intervals.

- To strive for continuous benchmark improvement and deliver above & beyond the required goals.

- Work on monitoring team performance and rostering as & when required.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduate/ MBA in finance discipline

- Experience with minimum 3 years as Individual, 2 years of experience in handling multiple teams

- MS office Expertise, SQL/ Python knowledge is preferred.

- Fintech background is a plus
