IT Senior Recruiter
Requirements :
- Proven work experience in recruitment as a Technical Recruiter
- Strong Knowledge of IT recruitment and Lateral hiring is preferred
- Understand the company's talent needs, and work closely with hiring managers to understand the technical requirements of roles and functions.
- Develop creative strategies to engage and attract both active and passive candidates
- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to candidate hiring, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Promote the company's recruitment brand through active participation in job fairs, conferences, and other networking and marketing events.
- Provide coaching and guidance to junior recruiters
- Skilled in Managing Recruitment Dashboards
- Experienced in Social Media recruiting
- Create a target-oriented hiring strategy
- Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
- Technically Screen the candidates to make sure they meet the requirements
- Strong analytic capabilities to measure, analyze and report hiring metrics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
