Responsibilities: - Independently oversee end-to-end activities related to recruitment and employee talent management for the company. - Manage induction and orientation of new hires. - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. - Systematically diagnose business and organizational issues; design and implement solutions that shape culture, build organization capability and enable business results. - Bridge Management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. - Support current and future business needs through development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital. - Nurture a positive working environment and come up with innovative ways to maintain a spirited culture - Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance - Maintain pay plan and benefits program - Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs - Provide decision support to management through HR metrics - Ensure legal compliance - Derive insights from above activities and improve plans for higher impact in order to meet overall business goals Requirements : - Prior relevant experience (5-7 years) as HR Manager in a dynamic environment supporting business needs - Proven experience developing and executing strategies designed to improve employee morale - In-depth knowledge and understanding of local and federal laws and HR best practices - Proven experience developing and implementing solutions to highly complex situations that call for ingenuity and creativity - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal communications skills - Strong experience in IT recruitment
