What This Role Really Means

Were hiring a Growth & Revenue Strategist-a role that blends founder-level ownership with hands-on execution. Youll be shaping how Promotion Bazaar drives revenue, grows key verticals, and scales sustainable growth systems. This isnt a back-office role; its a front-row seat to building and evolving the business, strategy-first. Youll drive revenue targets, experiment with growth strategies, and help shape the future of Promotion Bazaar-right from the Founders Office. Youll have the autonomy to own decisions, the expectation to deliver, and the opportunity to scale not just revenue-but your own role and future in the company.


What Youll Own


- Build and own the entire sales engine-from lead to closure.

- Work with the founder to define and chase ambitious revenue targets.

- Lead conversations with CXOs, founders, and decision-makers.

- Develop GTM strategies for new services and verticals.

- Optimize sales funnels, pricing strategy, and revenue forecasts.

- Leverage AI tools for lead scoring, outreach automation, and campaign intelligence.

- Scout and deploy partnerships that create recurring revenue streams.


Youll Excel Here If You...

- Have 1.5-4 years of experience in B2B sales or growth roles at a marketing agency, SaaS, or consulting firm.

- Have a knack for cracking big deals, building strong client relationships, and turning conversations into long-term revenue wins.

- Are confident speaking to CXOs and pitching value over price.

- Understand funnels, CAC/LTV, attribution models, and CRM workflows.

- Are AI-literate-comfortable using or learning tools like Apollo, ChatGPT, HubSpot, Lemlist, etc.

- Think in terms of outcomes and ownership, not tasks.
