Prolitus - Project Manager (1-3 yrs)

We at Prolitus Technologies ( www.prolitus.com) are looking for a Project Manager with 1 to 3 years of experience to join us.

Job Description

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will handle all the resources and coordination from a technical standpoint. You must set and achieve objectives, ensure both top quality and control of the project, handle client and vendor interaction, and act as the subject expert. A Good Candidate should have 1-3 Years of experience in leading and managing Blockchain development teams, customer communication and project management.

Key Skills

1. Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience in establishing guidelines.

2. Strong technical skills with an understanding of software development areas covering databases, cloud deployments, APIs, front-end, backend, deployments, etc.

3. Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising teams.

4. Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting teamwork mentality.

5. Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

6. Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles.

7. Candidates with experience in financial domain specifically Lending sub-domain are preferred.

Responsibilities

1. Accountable for all project management activities related to all assigned, including serving as the Customers single point of contact for assigned projects.

2. Good technical skills and knowledge of project planning, client communications.

3. Analyze, plan, and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects

4. Plan and schedule project timelines.

5. Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones

6. Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects.

7. Establishes milestones as needed for reporting to appropriate management levels and communicates status milestones as defined for the project.

8. Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives.

9. Update and maintain all production technologies ensuring proper maintenance and installation

10. Minimize, manage, and avoid risks to milestones, schedules, and objectives of the project.

11. Create and manage the project plan for each project or contribute to the master project plan if a Program Manager is leading the project. Maintain project historical files.

12. Monitors project progress towards project goals, coaches, and motivates team members to make needed adjustments in plans to meet milestones and to achieve goals. Facilitates and documents lessons learned on projects to use on future projects. Recognizes team members for taking initiatives, exceeding expectations.
