The company is looking for a dynamic manager for sales & marketing the Proklean range of consumer products in the country. Desired Qualification : Graduate in any discipline with an MBA from a renowned institute Desired Experience : 4-8 years- experience, in online and offline sales for consumer products, preferably in the FMCG sector. The candidate should also have experience in developing communication materials in online and offline environment. Job Profile : - Handle creation of packaging in different forms - Do consumer studies when necessary - Create communication material - Manage all the offline / online sales channels - Manage the Branding and marketing. - Manage the sales and marketing team and agencies Remuneration : Would not be a constraint for the right candidate. CTC would include 25% variable component.
