There is an immediate opening for a seasoned, successful individual with proven track record in setting up and scaling of the enterprise sales channel. The individual must be highly professional, presentable and possess networking skills to complement the company's sales growth within medium to large enterprises. The individual will be required to setup and head a successful process to lead the entire enterprise sales fabric in the company. The individual must work strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions. Job Description - The incumbent will be responsible for planning, strategising and meeting the business targets, focused on increasing revenues - Have a deep understanding of business products and value proposition - Creating business proposals - Managing the sales cycle, end to end, from identifying viable business opportunities, meeting prospective clients, submitting proposals, negotiating and closure - The ideal candidate will need to be well informed about industry trends in the local as well as international markets - The Successful Applicant - The candidate must have at least 5 years of experience, in selling technology products / solutions to large enterprises. - Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task - Experience in managing long and complex sales cycle, and multiple stakeholders - Experience in selling technology - Definite Plus would be if the candidate was from the background verification industry.
