Project/Sr Project Manager

- Plan and organize the project, allocate internal and/or external resources to accomplish project tasks.

- Lead the project staff. Be responsible for achieving the project objectives. Manage quality, timeliness and cost of the deliverables.

- Provide strong leadership to the project team members - clear direction, excellent communication and high motivation.

- Maintain control over the projects status and budget.

- Achieve agreed targets in terms of quality, time and cost.

- Adhere to defined management and delivery processes for IT projects and other policies relevant to the project scope.

- Work in a matrix environment and lead the assigned project personnel to jointly achieve a high customer satisfaction.

The position along with management responsibility relies on the ability to set up and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external service providers and relies therefore on your vendor management experience.

Company Profile: A technology company into the business of software development for telecommunication industry.

- PMP certified (Preferable)

- Degree qualified (Bachelor of Engineering+MBA) or relevant experience.

- Experience: 10 to 15 years (At least 5 to 6 years as a project manager)

- At least two full life cycle project implementation and management experience

- Ability to work in high ambiguity situations, clarifying them for the project team.

- Strong project management skills, ability to handle complex and multiple projects preferably in telecom domain.

- Experience in Data center set up is an added advantage

- Should have exposure to multiple technologies like Linux/Unix/oracle/SS7.

- Project Methodologies (Agile/Six sigma/Scrim etc)
