JOB OUTPUT :

To manage the Paint / C.C business in the given territory / area to meet volume and Net Sales Value budget on a monthly basis. To establish close contacts with all key customers, specifiers and project in-charges as assigned by Company.

KEY PROCESSES :

a. Net Sales Value & volume by managing proper product mix as per budget.

b. Number of projects won and lost.

c. New customers added during the year.

d. Satisfactory contacts with Architects, Builders, Contractors, PMCs & Institutions.

e. Proper planning & Timely reporting as per agreement with Senior.

f. Ensuring Project Tracker is updated and monthly MIS to be submitted .

Educational / Vocational training:

Graduate with additional course in Marketing (MBA).

Practical Experience:

- 7+ years Sales experience in Building products / construction industry

- Direct selling and channel partner selling management.

Special Knowledge:

- Very good in sales concepts and systematic in planning.

- Communication and presentation skills .

Principal Activities:

1. In discussions Senior to decide on month-wise and yearly targets. Plan the months activities and decide on Weekly plan for daily visits

2. To make required numbers of calls made by Team on a daily basis as per plan and to submit the daily, weekly and monthly sales reports on time.

3. Prepare project cards & customer cards on a regular basis and submit the sales forecast for the next three months of Team to Seniors.

4. Regular feedback with regard to developments with major customers, specifiers, projects, pricing, new products and competition. Request for necessary support from superior where required.

5. To find out customers and contractors who would be good partners and inform the supervisor on regular basis. All dealer / Channel partners appointments to be done as per company's policies after getting approvals only.
