Qualification - Master's degree or equivalent with specialization in Marketing/Sales from a Premium Business School
Experience - 10 - 12 years
Age Group - Less than 28 - 33 years
Designation/Grade - AGM / DGM
Industries to look from - BFSI, Telecom, FMCG, Pharma, Real Estate (Max 2 years in Real Estate)
Job Description:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for Sales and Collections for the project assigned.
- Responsible for product pitching, profitability and payment collection
- Achieve sales targets by successfully managing the sales team and by building synergy with the Channel Partner Team.
- Execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
- Ensure robust pipeline of business opportunities by constantly engaging with customers
- Lead management, Negotiation and Closure of all potential Sales opportunities
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Interact and network with industry participants and competitors to keep informed of trends, norms, regulations and challenges
- Support recruitment, training and retention of quality sales and marketing personnel
- Train, coach, mentor and develop subordinates and team members
- Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders as and when required
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Periodic reporting to Management
- Report any abnormalities to the Management as soon as noticed
