Project/Program Manager - Salesforce CRM (8-10 yrs)

Job description:
- Develop and maintain the internal business processes and tools that drive efficiency and enable partner management at scale.
- Design and deploy program frameworks on Salesforce. Drive quality processes to ensure accuracy of data being captured.
- Work with the programs team to define and implement tracking for key operational metrics. Create reports and dashboards to track and monitor these metrics. Identify reporting issues and gaps in processes, and drive a timely resolution.
- Identify tooling requirements, drive discovery and implementation of new tooling solutions.
- Collaborate with global teams to deploy and embed globally-agreed upon processes and tools.
- Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the company.
- Support half yearly planning and account selection process.
Skills required:
- Proficiency in English; Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to identify available resources, self-learn and quickly gain expertise in new areas.
- Experience of having worked in large cross-functional environments.
- Ability to lead, influence and work across organizational boundaries with a track record of building excellent relationships with a broad range of peers and executives
Experience/Education:
- Minimum of bachelor degree and 8 years of work experience
- 5+ years of experience in an operations role
- Salesforce CRM platform experience is required
- Experience with tableau is a plus
