We are looking for an Project/Portfolio Manager for a client with a global presence based at Gurgaon.

Education : Engg Graduate or SIMILAR

Professional certifications : Project Management certifications, PMP, Scrum certification.

Experience : 10+ years

Nature of Role: Individual Contributor Role

CTC : Standard Industry Hike

Working Conditions : Day Shift ; 5 days working

Mandate: Agile Methodologies and Cloud

The PPM role is responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and implementation of project efforts that utilize information technology solutions, principles, standards, and best practices. The PPM develops, establishes, and maintains project management standards and procedures while collaborating and coordinating with multiple Technology business partners and Leaders.

The purpose of this role is to collaborate and coordinate with multiple Technology business partners including Sr. Stakeholders like department heads to manage Portfolio level tasks and projects.. As a PM, ensuring the work is delivered on time and with quality.

Service Delivery Management

1. Process Management: Support Practice Managers in Workload forecasting & planning, Process standardization

2. Regular portfolio reporting and tracking/publishing of the statuses of the key results

3. Project planning and process standardization

4. Establish governance processes

5. Regular tracking and reporting of OKRs and projects

6. Exposure to Agile methodology

7. Productivity Enhancement, Service Governance and Control

8. Leverage cross functional synergies, Backup and succession planning across teams

9. Identifying improvement opportunities and executing the same

10. Deliver the identified end-to-end Managed projects with overall delivery accountability

Engagement & Stakeholder Management

1. Must have handled teams in matrix organization

2. Exposure to enterprise wide reporting needs

3. Should be able to drive meetings and discussions independently with Internal & External business partners
