Experience (in Years) : 10 ~ 15 years

Education Qualification : BE - ECE

Technical Competency : Communication Technologies

- SDH - High reliability network design, Network Synchronization

- Data Networking - IP-MPLS network, Metro-Ethernet

- Telephony - traditional TDM & present age IP-Telephony

- Centralized management of overall solution

- At least one expertise among 1~3, preferable in SDH together with Ethernet-over-SDH

- Experience in integration of Multiple technologies - challenges related to interoperability

- Experience in Customer Acceptance of solution, Factory Acceptance test, ability to resolve technical issues

- Factory Acceptance to include understanding / expertise in Environmental tests, EMI/EMC

- Experience/Understanding of Optical Fiber Laying Process

Brief Job Description and KRAs that the incumbent would be responsible for :

- Lead planning and/or implementation of projects and participate in the design, implementation and in testing phases.

- Manage project budget and resource allocation.

- Participate in outside field activities to maintain knowledge on developments in the field. Establish liaisons with other parties and other vendor users to keep a breast of status of computing and communications activities of the project.

- Ensures open communication on the project team. Addresses delicate situations and handles conflicts in such a way as to maximize opportunity and minimize exposure to risk.

- Develop, maintain, and distribute (as appropriate) project management deliverable for the successful delivery of the projects, including: implementation plan, project schedule, project budget and variances, issues & action items log, meeting minutes, risks assessment and contingencies.

- Accountable for on time project delivery, quality, cost, and operations.

- Strong communication skills including ability to work with all levels of the organization (development, sales, marketing, operations and within the Group)

- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment in a team and individually. Troubleshooting is another required skill; responsibility for detecting potential issues and implementing solutions when issues threaten to delay the timeline or impact budget or business operations.
