Job Purpose To be a part of the Technology team that will design and deliver the technology roadmap across WCM offerings. Design processes and translate into a robust and effective WCM platform to enable clients as well as strengthen internal workflow and reporting. Key Responsibilities Managerial Responsibilities - Monitor projects - review vendor delivery and application development, provide inputs on tools and coding practices to be executed to ensure the offerings are future ready - Manage all developments through design, analysis, implementation and testing Functional Responsibilities - Promoting quality and performance improvement for all applications developed by/for WCM. - Guide the stakeholders with Superior creativity and innovative problem-solving skills. Apply best practices for faster development. - Conduct effective testing of the application on desktop and mobile, as well as ensuring quality of software applications created using multitier architecture. - Understand business requirements and work with all stakeholders to deliver the expected Job Requirements Qualifications BTech, MBA from premier institutes Experience - 5+ Years experience in a similar role in a financial services organization - Preferred industry: Equity Trading, Banking, Prime Broking, NBFC - Prior experience in developing / managing projects - Experience building and leading a team of developers, business analysts - Managed similar projects and executed them within estimated time lines Functional Competencies - Experience in Software tools and Testing (Desktop/Web/Mobile/API) - Sound market understanding - Up to date knowledge of the latest tools and methods for managing these environments - Ability to analyze, anticipate and troubleshoot bottlenecks and growth needs from technology as well as business perspective - Able to assist in architecting new systems to help ease day to day operations - Self-sufficient, yet able to drive collaborative projects Behavioral Competencies - Effective People management skills - Problem solver - Knack for efficiency
