The BSG team designs and develops innovative business solutions to meet the business requirements. They partners with FinTechs and other IT firms to leverage innovative solutions for the business. They are responsible for end to end Program Management of all initiatives in Wholesale Business

Specification :

What are the areas (in quantitative terms) the job has an impact on?

A Project Manager:

- Drives projects related to Channels in Wholesale Business with Agile methodology.

- Identify transformational Opportunities

- Manages requirement analysis, As-Is system assessment, Gap Analysis, and BRS/FRS preparation.

- Tracks the development and define testing strategy.

- Involved in troubleshooting & debugging of the process, post-implementation application maintenance and enhancement support for the applications.

Key Deliverables:

- Identify FinTech / start-ups from the market having new innovations, products that can be implemented in the Banking domain.

- Identify FinTech / start-ups from the Market Basis the requirement from the Business / product.

- Showcase the new products (identified) to the internal stakeholders (Product, Business, IT teams etc)

- Overall Manage the Project with effective Communication to the stake holders.

- Engaging with the FinTech / Start-up and internal stake holders for the timely delivery of the product / software / Application

- Managing Cost Budget

- Project Documentation

- Regulatory and Compliance Relationships

- Relationship/ Business/ Product Team / IT Teams

- FinTech and IT firms

- Implementation team

- Internal Risk and Compliance team

- Query Management and Resolution

Qualification and Experience :

- Graduate in Technology / MCA or MBA

- 5-7 Years of exp in Technology Implementations

- Worked with FinTech / Startup managing projects

- Knowledge on new age products and integrations in BFSI segments

- Should have worked with technical architects and developers and understand the terminology and concepts
