- We are seeking an exceptional Project Manager to execute ambitious software development projects. You will participate in setting the vision and direction for the current and next generation of Food Delivery Technology's systems.

- In this role, you will be managing a number of projects with the goal of releasing applications and features for Food Tech Delivery's eGMS platform. The ideal candidate is a well-versed project manager with a proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, all while making an impact contributing to a cross-functional team. Your ability to creatively collaborate and execute team goals and directly contribute to the company mission of accelerating the world's transition to sustainable e-grocery.

- Together with the leadership team, create and manage execution plans, resourcing plans and financial budgets for technical projects consisting of teams of 5-10 world-class engineers.

- Work with project team members to ensure the delivery of projects on time and within budget.

- Develop high-performance teams.

- Drive clarity, commitment, and focus.

- Additional duties as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- 4+ years project management or team leadership experience on projects with distributed and collocated teams, multi-year schedules, and $1M+ budgets.

- Deep project management experience acquired through years of experience managing complex technical projects and high-performance teams.

- Experience managing large customer-facing project teams and budgets.

- Experience in technical project management with at least one significant success at delivering a complex software product.
