Project Manager - Social Sector Consulting
- Engage with team members to collate information on Programs
- Provide unbiased information on Program execution
- Evaluate Programs execution and identify improvements areas, if any
- Identify opportunities to develop and standardise assessment templates based on Program type
- Provide a detailed program assessment report on the closure
- Provide fund utilization report on program closure
- Work closely with Local/Global office, as well as evaluating & analysing data to improve Flagship Programs
- Work closely with Global office to provide up to date data with Internal programs/Surveys, i.e. GRF & UWWIG
- Evaluate the CoE programs and identify areas of improvement, if any
- Develop program proposals and reports for donors
- Assist the RM team with backend support
- Assist the Comms team with impact-related data support
- Research and report on trends in the development space related to CSR, NGO interventions, competitive landscape etc
- Assist with any other duties assigned by the Management or required to fulfil within the company
- Good written communication skills, especially for proposals and impact
Monitoring & Evaluation Skills :
- Robust understanding of Program lifecycle in the non-profit sector
- Excellent in coordinating with internal functions
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate Program execution
- Strong presentation/power point skills
- Collaborative approach
