Project Manager/Senior Project Manager - Technical Solution Firm

Role Description :

- It is someone who is responsible for Identify business core / critical system / processes and priorities.

- Mapping of Business requirements for development purposes.

- Development of Process Design in order to finalize process flow, the actors within it, alerts & notifications, escalations, Standard Operating Procedures, Service Level Agreements, and task hand-over mechanisms.

Key Responsibility Area :

Operational / Commercial Management

- To understand the project specifications scope, Plan, organize and monitor execution of project on day to day basis such as designing, surveying, engineering, execution, follow ups for deliveries and installation etc as per agreed schedule.

- Adhering tight delivery timelines

- Holding weekly internal and external meetings on progress.

- Responsible for the change management/ problem management.

- Understanding contract obligations

- Managing P&L

- Prepares reports, analysis and forecasts and re-forecasting of Budget on monthly basis including actual cost and estimate to complete the project.

Key Performance Indicator :

- Organize and intensify efficiency support services by ameliorating functions and coordinating communication between businesses and support functions.

- Managing staff to ensure that all milestones are achieved within the agreed time frames.

- Supervise overall planning systems, financial management and control.

Desired Candidate:

- Must have more than 8 Years of experience into the same

- Belongs to Technical Background.
