Project Manager with Scrum Master experience and hands-on experience in an agile environment. Should have worked in Product environment. - Own the complete Release Management of entire product platform (suite). - Hands-on experience in project management tools such as JIRA, ASANA, - Microsoft Schedule, Trello. - Exceptional time-management and organizational skills. - Liaise with CEO Staff, Dev, QA, Support &amp; sales to keep the backlog fresh and relevant. - Own the project release schedule to ensure minimum release delays. - Ensure that resource leveling and optimum resource usage is achieved via proper scheduling. - You'll also be involved in the entire product lifecycle from conception, prototyping, development, QA all the way to launch. - Additionally, you'll have the freedom to make key decisions in scoping feature/bugs/release for the entire product - Create and maintain release schedules and backlogs for entire product platform. - Continually update and maintain the test release schedules, timelines, by coordinating with all stakeholders. - Generate automated reports to keep all stakeholders updated on the release schedule - Champion the move towards true SCRUM software development methodology - Basic understanding of CI/CD, Unit testing, test automation. - Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure
