What you will do?

AiDash is actively seeking a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager dedicated to ensuring the seamless implementation and deployment of our cutting-edge AI / Data products.

As the Project Manager, you will collaborate closely with customer success counterparts in client geographies, fostering a strategic partnership to guarantee that clients derive maximum business value from AiDash products. Your primary focus will be on driving the successful implementation of SaaS products at scale. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams, composed of business analysts, data scientists, GIS specialists, and software engineers. Your responsibility extends from creating business propositions and conducting pilot programs to overseeing full-scale product implementation.

- Collaborate with clients and customer success teams in client geographies to gain a comprehensive understanding of their core business challenges that require resolution.

- Collaborate with the GIS team to acquire, process, clean, and validate satellite imagery datasets.

- Partner with the analytics and data science team to design and architect robust analytics solutions.

- Engage with technology teams to drive the successful implementation of SaaS solutions.

- Take charge of the entire project lifecycle, encompassing requirement gathering, solution development, project planning, and execution, from Proof of Concept (POC) to full-scale implementation.

- Demonstrate the ability to distill insights into compelling business propositions and effectively present them to clients.

- Implement best practices to ensure the seamless delivery of projects.

- Explore opportunities for productizing certain processes and identify areas for process improvement.

- Provide mentorship and management for a team of analysts, associates, and Assistant Project Managers (APMs)

What are we looking for?

- Master's / Bachelor's in an analytical discipline from tier-one Institution. MBA is desirable.

- Exhibit exceptional stakeholder management and project management skills.

- Demonstrate a proven history of successfully overseeing and delivering multi-million dollar projects, highlighting your ability to navigate complexities and drive impactful outcomes.

- Possess a natural aptitude for business problem-solving, leveraging analytical skills to address challenges and drive innovative solutions.

- Excel in communication, conveying complex concepts with clarity and precision

- Showcase proficiency in utilizing various business analytics tools

- Be hands-on, displaying the capability to lead and manage a small team of analysts, and associates to achieve collective objectives.
