Project Manager/Senior Consultant - Performance & Rewards/Organization Effectiveness - Financial Services Sector (6-9 yrs)

Location: Mumbai / Gurgaon

Role: Project Manager / Senior Consultant

Primary Responsibility

- Project Manage Mid-Size projects or module/s of complex large scale integration project

- Provide and extend content expertise to the team of consultants / MTs while delivering a project

- Manage Senior Clients from Human Resources team on client side and or Business Heads

- Project Management of Compensation Data Forum / Study and manage internal stakeholders across India and Region

- Maintain Operational efficiency by monitoring and governing process of Invoicing, Billing and collection

- As the industry / Sub sector lead Role Holder is responsible to drive and monetize products and initiatives across

- As the Industry / Sub Sector lead the incumbent will be responsible for ensuring Success of flagship survey and products like Salary Increase, Campus and Performance & Rewards Conference, Remlink, Dockable

- As the industry / Sub Sector lead the expectation from the role holder will be to increase wallet share of accounts and drive content leadership

- The incumbent will be key account manager for critical clients in the assigned sub sector in the capacity of sector lead

- Aid and help to create industry POV on domain HR areas of Rewards and Organization Effectiveness

- If mapped to a team then would be partner to ensure engagement of team and set them up for success

Skills & Experience : 

- Good understanding of the HR and exposure to Rewards and Financial Institutions is key advantage

- Business acumen with strong mathematical and /or analytical skills.

- Creative and proactive problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and on a team across multiple projects

- 6-8 years of work experience (post MBA from a reputed business school), with at least 3-4 years in the area of Rewards

- Prior experience in Financial Services will be very beneficial

- Ability to manage internal and external clients, build rapport and credibility

- Power point and advance Excel Skills

- Proven ability in coordinating and liaising with multiple parties within and across geographies.

- Very strong project management skills

- Team Management & Mentoring skills
