Job Title: Project Manager - SAP Implementation Location: Pune Qualification: B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech / MBA Years of Exp: 13 to 20 years Industry: Any Corporate Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for leading large, complex, high-value, transformational SAP ERP implementation projects often impacting regional or global operations. In this highly visible role, you have a great opportunity to make a significant and positive impact. 2. Providing project leadership by adhering to standard departmental policies, processes and documentation guidelines for project delivery. 3. Developing project plans including detailing work breakdown structures and critical path. 4. Working with customers and technical resources to develop project schedule and detailed cost breakdowns. 5. Performing risk management planning, risk identification and mitigation planning. 6. Directing the work of a large scale team of IT and functional resources. 7. Manage large SAP implementation costing over $1M US, and possible up to $10M US. 8.These implementations will be done in many countries in APAC and EMEA with project teams of up to 100 people. 9. Basic to Intermediate technical knowledge and solid understanding of computer hardware and software, data management, application programming, data communications, operating systems, utilities and data security. 10. Successfully led major SAP enterprise system implementations, preferably in large, multi-national organizations.
