Project Manager - SAP FICO - IGAAP

- We are looking for a SAP FICO Project Manager for a niche management consulting firm based at Bengaluru

- We are looking for candidates who have done end to end SAP HANA implementation.

- End users or those who only managed implementations will not be considered.

Job Details :

Location : Narayanapura, Mahadevapura, Bengaluru

Role : Permanent ; Individual Contributor

Reports to : Client

Department : Finance

Work Timings : 5 days working, ; Working from Office Roster basis;

Experience : 4-12 years of SAP FICO design and implementation experience across multiple FI and CO modules.

Education : Strong educational background

Skills Required : SAP FI & CO,ECC, BW, HANA

Mandate -Experience in S/4 Hana implementation

Job Description :

- Confident of driving Large Projects/Programs involving C-level executives

- Demonstrated leadership and the ability to lead change in highly dynamic, fast-paced, and constantly evolving environments.

- Facilitate and drive consensus with key stakeholders.

- Confident in leading delivery team through solution design, development, testing, cutover & Go-Live

- Ability to build strong relationships with business partners and be comfortable leading large teams

- Solid IT vendor partnership skills.

- Experience in S/4 Hana implementation

- Good Finance process experience with R2R, P2P, O2C, Taxation, Financial Planning, and Reporting in ECC, BW, HANA and other BI environments.

- Deep knowledge with the core SAP FI & CO modules and understanding of key integration points across MM and SD modules.

- Ability to directly work with the business users to define scope and analyse business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs.

- Good understanding of necessary SAP configurations, Functional specifications for development of custom programs, testing and implementing the automated solutions.

- PMP/Agile certification is preferred
