Project Manager - SAP (10-15 yrs)
To Project Manage business processes re-engineering in collaboration with the business and manufacturing teams and work with digital partners to enable the digital transformation. Project Manage SAP implementation and ongoing developments. Study and compare different software platforms through a techno commercial-study and suggest recommendations.
Account-abilities :
- Analyzing, Requirements Gathering, Designing and Implementing Solutions.
- Business Process Re-engineering - create business processes from scratch along with the business teams, identify existing process bottlenecks, and streamline the same
- Mapping business requirements and translating these requirements into functional and technical specification documents.
- Carrying out SAP SD /MM configurations in SAP S4 HANA for rationalizing/enhancing business processes.
- Work with SAP and other digital partners for the implementation
- Project Manage the implementation
- Study and compare different software platforms through a techno commercial-study and suggest recommendations.
Process/ Team Goals :
- Business Process Re-engineering - create business processes from scratch along with the business teams, identify existing process bottlenecks, and streamline the same
- Ensure maximum automation in the processes
- Identify and KPI's and PPI's of the processes
- Work with digital partners for the implementation
- MIS design
- Operational Dashboards design
- Rationalization of reports
- Document and maintain process repository and version control
KPI's:
- Customer Satisfaction in terms of seamless integration of physical and digital touch-points
- Digitization and Scalability of the processes
- Efficacy of the dashboards
Key Relationships :
- Business Teams
- IT Team and Digital Partners
Qualification:
- B.Tech/BE - Computer Science & MBA
- 8-10 years of total experience, at least 4 years in Process design/engineering preferably manufacturing domain
- Experience in digital transformations desirable
