Project Manager/Risk Analyst - Security Services Firm (2-10 yrs)

A leading Security Services Firm has setup a technology platform for on-time reporting and mitigation of client's security risks. They are looking for a Project Manager / Risk Analyst to analyse risk, spot opportunities and support prospective and current clients with smart IT based solutions & Apps.

Key Skills : Young Talent, Project Management Skills, Data Analytics, Tech savvy, Ready to travel across India frequently.

Educational Qualifications : Post Graduate preferred, MBA Operations or others, Engineering with at least 1 year experience in Operations or Data analysis.

BEST FIT : Experience of Business Development and/or Project Management in an IT Product / Services environment, with openness to travel.

Role & Responsibility:

To take care of end to end project management for security and technology operations. Ensure seamless requirement gathering and oversee service delivery by liaising effortlessly between the client and internal teams.

Primary Tasks:

A. Operations Management:

1. Resource Planning

- Plan resourceful deployment for achieving higher efficiencies and productivity for the customers we serve,

- Creating and maintaining stability between projects, tasks, teams, time and budget,

- Resource allocation / planning duty hours,

- Ensuring manpower budgets are planned meticulously to achieve higher profit for the organization,

B. Project Management:

- Plan the project timeline and internal resources to execute the project,

- End to end project management in Security Operation and Technology preview from hiring, training, day to day operations,

- Gathering, Tracking, and Reporting data for analysis and report generation,

- Identifying business requirements to support team projects,

- Make presentations and business reports as and when required regarding business strategy and product development,

- Working with start-ups and new tech companies with business,

- Directly working with Group CTO on strategic objectives and ensuring ideation to execution on these initiatives,

C. Risk Analysis:

- Identifying and suggesting future risks at premises and suggesting security functions to manage the end delivery,

- Researching and monitoring Geopolitical risks and the overall dimensions and recommending products or strategies to mitigate hidden domestic risks,

D. People Management:

- Managing relationships with all key stakeholders,

- Client and Vendor Management,

E. Training evaluation:

- Developing customized training content specific to client requirements,

- Keeping a check on the value creation of training content for the client,

F. Quality control:

- Ensuring standard and agreed process and SOPs are met for day to day operations,

- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs,

G. Technology Operation:

- Product Development: Ensuring the technology needs of the client are well investigated and passed to the in-house development team,

- Product Implementation: Ensuring implantation of the developed technology at the client side
