- The position will responsible for conceptualizing, presenting the business case and delivery of projects - Knowledge of basic Retail banking system/application architecture components to lead conversations with operations team members to understand the need for change and finalize the requirements - Led system changes/enhancements along with IT team independently, - Liaison between process SME, IT team and RPA vendor for implementing or deploying BOT or operations of BOT - Strong in conceptualizing ideas & converting into functional & non-functional BRD and UD documents - Identify process redesign, RCA of an issue and present to the senior management and get a buy-in from all stakeholders for implementation - Strong negotiation skills in terms of closing vendor agreements for any solutions/application or software purchase - Manage the PMO of projects through robust tracking mechanisms - Strong presentation skills in designing a strategic idea and presenting to the senior management - Strong in data analytics, cost benefit analysis and impact assessment of projects identified - In previous roles, must have led projects basis project management phases with multiple stakeholders - Taking initiatives & advising best practices to improve quality & TAT for the unit - Strong communication skills to interact with Peers from the teams / cross functional & Senior Management. - Should have managed a Team of at least 5-6 employees
