Project Manager - Retail (3-12 yrs)
We are hiring for one of our leading retail client based in Delhi / NCR.
Key responsibilities to include
- Strict adherence to project timelines & project budgets
- Develop detailed project plans and loop in the stakeholders
- Develop project budget sheets and get approvals from finance & business teams
- Work on reducing average project timelines through better predictability on materials, process fixes and stakeholder management
- Work on reducing the project budget through vendor negotiations, material substitutions, value engineering
- Should have decent understanding of retail aesthetics and retail layouts to have an opinion on developing a strong customer experience for the brands customers
- Should be well-connected to the vendors in the industry for all the fit-outs requirement
- Should have proven ability in dealing with landlords, design agencies and internal teams
