Project Manager/Regulatory Business Analyst - Bank - Contractual Role

We are hiring for Regulatory Business Analyst in a Bank

Total Experience - 6-10 years

Contract duration- 8 months

Work location - Mumbai

Skills & Experience:

- A strong background in project/PMO/BA related roles (>8 years relevant experience)

- Knowledge of the banking and financial sectors, ideally with a good knowledge of Wealth Management and its value chain.

- A self-starter with strong analytical and project management skills

- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to create presentations and reports

- Experience in managing regulatory-related topics and organisational control frameworks is preferable

- Previous experience as an auditor, or with large cross-divisional regulatory programs is preferable

Competencies:

- Client and results orientated, especially as face-off to senior stakeholder will be required within DB WM and wider Group, as well as audit.

- Organised and disciplined, with the ability to effectively collaborate with a number of diverse RTB and CTB teams

- Diligent, with superior attention to detail and able to navigate across multiple divisions and teams, all with a different role to perform

- Highly motivated and self-sufficient, willing to learn and take on new challenges

- Able to resolve issues in a timely, professional and quality focused manner due to sensitivity and scrutiny of the topic, given the regulator's focus and anticipated future visit

- Able to work in a fast paced environment, keeping pace with technical and operational innovation

- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint

- Comfortable working independently, but still working closely with WM SME's across different locations. The program has been driven mostly out of UK teams across both group and WM, although the implementation and impact has been global

- Comfortable working under pressure, and receptive to change in the form of technical / operational innovation

- Fluent in English.
