Job title : Reference Data Robotics - Project Manager

Job Duties :

- Project, team, technology management of multiple projects / assignments

- Work with BAs, Developers to define the scope of deliverables

- Execute various Reference Data automation projects through Robotics Process Automation (RPA)

- Design, develop and deploy Robotics Process Automation (RPA) solutions using different tools, design principles and conventions

- Configure robotics processes and objects using core workflow principles in an efficient way; ensure they are easily maintainable and easy to understand

- Deliver projects against pre-determined goals

- Build and maintain strong relationship with clients to understand their requirements and accordingly execute Reference data programs (design, develop and implement Reference data solutions)

- Ability to build a team to execute reference data projects as per client mandate

- Reporting project progress to senior stakeholders

- Manage delivery timelines and quality

- Ensure optimum usage of resources

- Working closely Architects and the Delivery Programme Managers to influence requirements and ensure standards are met

- Responsible for Service Delivery including SLA adherence and issues/incidents management for various projects

Qualification :

- Post graduate degree/diploma from a reputed institute

- Project Management Certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is preferred

Skills Required :

- The candidate should have executed projects under Reference data domain (client/account/instrument etc.) and understand its usage in front to back applications and Regulatory Reporting

- Strong understanding of regulation driven and BAU reference data programs related to client and instrument data, SSI, trade related legal contracts and various regulations impacting the same

- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements under Basel framework, FATCA, DFA, EMIR, MiFID etc

- Strong exposure to client on-boarding processes including regulatory checks such as AML, KYC, OFAC, PEP and related reference data systems

- Should have strong project execution experience and the ability to structure, scope and develop solutions of complex problems

- Understanding or prior working experience on Blue Prism/Automation Anywhere/UiPath RPA will be plus

- Experience in SQL, SQL Server, MS Visio, Visual Basic, Excel Macros, .NET is must

- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Should be able to present technical details to a non-technical audience in a clear and easily understandable manner

- Understand workflow based logic; must be able to understand a business process from the workflow diagram and evaluate it for automation

- Should be able to solve business and technical problems using defined and innovative approaches
