Location: NCR/Mumbai/Bengaluru Metropolitan Areas

Job Description: Project Manager - Real Estate Investments (CAT-II AIF)

Location: Prabhadevi

Experience Required: 10-15 years of relevant experience in real estate project management, AIFs, or investment management.

Key Responsibilities

Project Site Coordination:

- Serve as the primary liaison between project sites and external/internal stakeholders.

- Coordinate with various agencies, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely project progress.

- Regularly monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Escrow and NOC Management:

- Ensure efficient management of escrow accounts in compliance with regulatory norms.

- Coordinate with legal and financial teams for timely issuance of No Objection Certificates (NOCs).

Business Plan Development and Implementation:

- Assist in developing detailed business plans for real estate investments.

- Ensure alignment of project execution with the approved business plans.

Reporting and Presentations:

- Prepare quarterly reports on project progress, financials, and other key metrics for top management.

- Deliver presentations to stakeholders, including investment updates and compliance tracking.

Stakeholder Communication:

- Maintain clear and proactive communication with investors, consultants, and senior management.

- Address project-related queries and provide regular updates.

Risk Management and Compliance:

- Identify potential project risks and propose mitigation strategies.

- Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations and fund objectives.

Business Development & Strategy:

- Contribute to the development of business plans for new real estate investment opportunities.

- Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investment projects, assessing feasibility and potential risks.

- Participate in investment committee meetings, providing insights and recommendations.

Team Management & Leadership :

- Lead and mentor a team of project professionals, delegating tasks effectively and providing guidance and support.

- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting teamwork and efficiency.

Working Days - Time Mon - Friday 10:30 -7pm
