Project Manager - Real Estate (10-15 yrs)
Our team at Thrivibe is looking for a Project Manager for one of our clients based in Mumbai.
With a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Project Management, the candidate should have experience in commercial projects.
Job description :-
Establish and manage systems and procedures to meet all project objectives
1. Manage key Corporate Services project processes, with particular emphasis on;
(a) Client interface and approvals
(b) Value and risk management
(c) Specialist consultant selection and fee management (when required)
(d) Oversight on all aspects of cost management of the project
(e) Formulating and implementing procurement strategy along with GPSCM team
(f) Monitoring the activities and performance of all other consultants / participants
(g) Ensure full documented close-out of the project through project manager.
