Project Manager - R&D - Electronics (8-15 yrs)
R&D Project Manager- Electronics
- Master's or bachelor's degree in Engineering with electronics with 8 plus years of experience in relevant industry
- PMP Trained or Certified
- Design to Standard & Certification (IEC 61010, IEC 61326 etc)
- Experience in design for EMI/EMC and other regulatory requirements, testing and fixing issues to meet the requirements.
- Experience working with Industrial Protocols like I2C, SPI, UART etc. and external communication interfaces like USB, RS232, Ethernet.
- Excellent understanding of analog and digital electronics including latest component trends
- Experience with hardware simulation tools - Pspice etc.
- Experience working on Schematic design using Allegro16.6. etc.
Role & Responsibilities :
In the role of Project Manager you will perform various Hardware development & Sustenance activities, testing and documentation duties on projects assigned
- Identify risk and propose a preliminary mitigation idea. Perform risk assessments to develop response strategies.
- Independently build and execute work breakdown structure (WBS) of projects
- Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Critical Thinking, ability to comprehend the situation/ Problem, Escalate on time
- Handled More than 5 projects, end to end Product development experience.
- Firm understanding & hands on experience on working through the complete project life cycle management (PLM)
