Project Manager - Public Sector Healthcare Client - UAE

Our client seeking a seasoned Project Manager for their Rapid Transformation Team, focusing on a key healthcare initiative. This is a contractual engagement for initial 6 months with a high probability of conversion to fulltime position or extension. The project is with a government entity. The ideal candidate must come from a consulting background, preferably ex MBB (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) consultants, or similar consulting firms and possess in-depth healthcare knowledge.

Below Summarises the roles and responsibilities:

Project Management :

- Lead and manage healthcare transformation projects within the stipulated time and budget.

- Collaborate with government entities and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Strategic Consulting Background :

- Utilize consulting experience to drive strategic planning and execution.

- Engage in active problem-solving and decision-making processes.

Research and Benchmarking:

- Conduct extensive research and benchmarking to develop comprehensive reports and documents.

- Analyze and interpret healthcare data to inform strategies and policies.

Team Leadership:

- Mentor and guide the transformation team, ensuring optimal performance.

- Facilitate collaboration across various departments and stakeholders.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Liaise with government officials, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

- Compliance and Regulatory Alignment:

- Ensure alignment with healthcare regulations and standards within the UAE.

Qualifications:

- Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.

- Experience: Must have a healthcare background or substantial knowledge in the field.

- Experience as a Manager in a consulting firm

- Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

- Strong analytical abilities, including research and benchmarking.

- Ability to develop insightful reports/documents catering to various requirements.
