We are hiring for a project/Program Manager someone who can join us immediately or within short notice of 10 Days

- Ensuring the excellence processes are implemented & adhered to across various teams - Devising strategies & planning for
- Process development or improvement
- Implementation
- Provide inputs/ feedback to improve existing systems
- Continuously aspiring to improve self, team & the organization every day
- Keep a continuous watch on Market & competitive ecosystem and use that to improve Avail operations
- Work closely with Operations, Product & Tech teams to improve existing systems or develop new systems as per requirements
Skills: - 1-2+ yrs work ex as Program/Project Manager (AM or M)
- Ability to manage team
- Good acquaintance of Google docs, Google spreadsheet & Excel
- Good Analytical capabilities & ability to draw insights from data
- Good knowledge of KYC documents & loan disbursal process
Sought Profiles:
- Associate manager/ Manager in Project/ program management
- Preferably working in Fintech startups/ companies
