Position: Presales Project Manager - CRM
Qualification: Any Graduate / Post-graduate degree
Work experience: 4-5 years of relevant work experience in a presales / contact centre management / direct marketing lead role in banks / wealth management / PE firms / consumer durables / hospitality / KPO / BPO etc.Role Summary
- Accountable for managing lead generation process run out of an outsourced contact centre set-up through direct marketing activities and contributing to the business topline.
Role Description :
- End to End presales lead generation process - acquisition, nurturing, closure & transition
- Managing contact centre operations in an outsourced tele-calling set-up for a specific campaign
- Responsible for maintaining effective relationships with vendor partners, internal stakeholders & team members
- Responsible for customer insights, analytics and predictive buying behaviour leading to better prospect segmentation, profile targeting & product positioning
- Timely reporting and MIS generation for business and campaign performance
- Responsible for call quality and on-call customer experience
- Responsible for training and learning development of the frontline outsourced team
- Responsible for process optimisation at various levels such as data management, CRM technology enablement, email marketing and BTL marketing
Functional Knowledge & Technical Ability :
- Understanding of contact centre process & lead lifecycle management
- Ability to manage a large team and its needs such as people development, direction-setting etc.
- Fluent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Power-point, Excel) & leading CRM systems
- Flexibility to work in dynamic work environment with targets and numbers
