Project Manager - Premium Co-working Startup (2-5 yrs)

It has been funded/ backed by a well established 10 year old design company, which has a 150cr turnover. Started by experienced Design and engineering experts, IIM alumni, the company has a large 500 seater space in Bangalore and expanding further and soon to other locations.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for implementing an appropriate and effective project or program management framework for corporate interior fit-out projects.

What you will do:

- Supporting to defining and implementing criteria for control and management of the project.

- Managing the design and site delivery team's performance of delegated responsibilities.

- Handling project budget including risk allowance, monitor and control changes/ variations.

- Coordinating and fostering teamwork between all project stakeholders.

- Supporting in negotiation and coordination with vendors and business partners through the completion of the projects

Candidate Profile:

What you need to have:

- This position requires detail orientation, a process driven approach, quick problem solving skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Project management professional with minimum 2 years of experience in the Interior design & Build Projects

- Relevant experience of managing corporate/ workplace interior fit-out projects.

- Diploma or degree in project management/ construction management or a related discipline.

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction.

- Work well under pressure and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
