Project Manager - PMO - New Stores Opening Brief Description : - The Position of Project Manager involves Planning, Initiating and also Managing information of the Projects in hand it involves leading and guiding cross-functional team serving as a liaison between the business and critical task of the project management. - Planning project stages and assessing business implications at the various stages and bringing it up as critical milestones to ensure project timelines are met, Monitoring progress to ensure deadlines, standards and Cost targets are met - Task Develops and manages work (Task and Projects) with breakdown of activities through the project management tools. - Assign duties, responsibilities and Span of authority to the project to all the stake holders - Work collaboratively with the stake holders of the projects and gets the job done in the given timelines - Ensures and enforces compliance to project management and best practices - Establish the project communication plan - Should be able to proactively take actions to ensure timelines are adhered - Prepare the project status report/ Analyse and publish the same to all the stake holders - Summarize information and trends and highlights the critical milestones and deviations Qualification and Requirement: - Degree from a reputed Institution - Additional degree in Management and Project management will be desirable - P&amp;L understanding and Business Acumen - Good Knowledge in Excel and Power point is required Skills Required: - Problem solving skills- Should have managed complex situation and found solutions to the problems - Decision making ability - Analytical skills - Communication and Interpersonal skills - Should have Attention to details - Adaptability and Flexibility to change courses and take decisions - Collaborative skills
