Project Manager-PMO

- 5-6 years' experience in project management in the role of PMO/ Project manager/ Project Lead - PMP/Prince 2 certified

- Agile, ITIL certifications would be an added advantage

- Work experience in IT/ITES organization

- MBA-full time with specialization in IT/Systems would be an advantage

- Expertise on project management tools like Microsoft project/Jira/ Zoho/ Smartsheets etc. mandatory - Excellent Power point presentation skills

- Advanced excel, power BI, dashboard generations skills

- Passionate about change management and ability to continually innovate, think strategically and orchestrate many moving parts

- Problem solver and out of box thinking

- Ability to work with multiple teams not under direct supervision and ensure smooth project implementation across different teams

- Good understanding on SDLC lifecycle governance management and process implementation and ability to follow the same

- Knowledge in Agile Methodology and reporting

- Analytical and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and problem solve across multiple projects - Ability to structure a large amount of information within a process framework

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams and vendors

- Project and program management in a matrix organization

- Experience in implementation of governance standards across the portfolio, including tracking, monitoring and updating the status of projects and program progress

- Conduct and attend periodic reviews focusing on the 5 pillars of project management scope, schedule, cost, quality and risk for the projects

- Collaborate with IT Project Managers and Business owners to coordinate and manage project delivery specific issues, changes and risks

- Develop a detailed project plan seeking inputs from the IT delivery team to monitor and track progress

- Responsible for the project schedule tracking, risks and dependencies in collaboration with the IT project managers

- Participate and execute project planning, estimating, budgeting, resource allocation in collaboration with respective stakeholders

- Project resources and budget tracking and management based on the work load, work allocation and projects prioritization

- Manage program level Lessons Learned repository; attend Post Project Review meetings to identify key areas of improvement to be captured into the Lessons Learnt repository

- Manage the program level risks and issues register

- Carry out quality assurance review processes as required by the IT leadership

- Work with the Head of PMO to develop the IT Project Standards guide, seeking contributions from Project Managers, QA Team, Development Team and Service Implementation Lead to ensure that the Standards meet best practice

- Work with the respective business heads to formulate the setup for initiation of projects building the product backlog, grooming and assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

- Organize workshops to identify areas of improvement for projects, documenting recommendations and presenting them to the Management

- Build up a repository of project templates both technical and management to support the Project Managers use examples from current and past projects to identify best practice Continue to evolve the processes and templates throughout the project lifecycle

- Present the overall project portfolio health plan as required for the management review across forums, board meetings

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

- Ensure resource availability and allocation

- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, report and escalate to management as needed

- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals

- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared during PMO meets, internal reviews and submission

- Project management and delivery of technology events, summits, publications, initiatives in IT department
