Project Management:
1) Project planning, scoping and estimation, SDLC Management, Business Process Re-engineering, Client & Stakeholder Management , Project tracking, Project Prioritization, Data Analysis
2) Responsible for driving, conceptualizing, and operationalizing digital initiatives, system development, integration and system enhancements
3) Identify process redesign within operations, present to the senior management and get a buy-in from all stakeholders for implementation.
