Project Manager - Oracle eBusiness Suite (8-12 yrs)

The role holder will manage and lead company wide ERP implementation, rollouts and program management

Role and responsibilities

- Establish detailed project plans and metrics, schedules, resource plans and status reports in co-ordination with SI Staff project

- Execute and keep project plan executed

- Present project status to stakeholders, implement project de-risking measure

Role and responsibilities

- Lead end to end delivery of ERP implementation project

- Manage project deliverables, identify risks and develop risk mitigation plans etc

- Manage the communication with the program stakeholders (customer, product vendor and system integrators) on program status, change management etc.

- Oversee and assist with 360-degree aspects of an ERP project deployment including (but not limited to):

business process configuration, documenting As-Is and To-Be flows, define business rules, configure user Interface, integrate external systems (when required), manage training

- Drive the overall project delivery to a successful conclusion through robust program management techniques

- Manage and Handle IT and ITGC Audit

- Coordinate with IT System Implementing vendor and Manage deliverables

- Manage Internal stakeholder around the system new enhancements and solutions

Experience and Qualification

Essential Desirable

- B.Tech /B.E/ MCA with 10-12 years' of post

qualification experience

- ERP implementation experience in services industry

- MBA in Finance / Systems highly desired.

Competencies

Functional Behavioural

- Oracle EBS experience a must in Finance and Procurement modules

- Ability to work in entrepreneurial and unstructured environment

- Good Communication Skills

- Stake holder Management Skills

- Time and Organization Skills
