- Research, analyze, and present data as assigned. - Develop detailed codes for data preparation and model scoring to be used in production. - Prepare detailed documentation of predictive models and make oral presentations to team lead. - Assist in learning and development of new team members. - Critically examine and deep dive into models. - Continuously formulate a business problem into an efficiently structured Optimization problem - Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives - Complete understanding of the current state of affairs and problem statement - In-depth data analysis like identifying major trends, univariate and bi-variate analysis. - Complete understanding of Python libs like Pandas, Numpy, Scipy, Sklearn, Statsmodels, etc. - Capable to diagnose/QA Optimization model performance, identify improvement opportunity and develop heuristic / in house algorithm for solutions as needed, - Involved in building time series type of forecast models and simulation models. - Manage team size of at least 3-4 members
