Project Manager - Mixed-Use Commercial - Real Estate

- B.E (Civil )

- Having more that 25 years of Experience into Projects Management, Contracts & Procurement Management

- Should have completed large scale mixed-used commercial Project in Mumbai or other metro cities as Project Lead (approx 30-40 lakhs sq ft)

- International experience would be an added advantage.

- Good communication (english)

- Review Project execution strategy and critical schedules 

- Design deliverable, Construction, Material Procurement, Vendor appointment, PMV & Formwork, Hand over.

- Staff management to ensure sufficiency, productivity

- Co-ordination with all Support functions -Liaison, Design, Budget Control, Procurement, Material management and others
