Project Manager - Life Sciences/Pharma/Healthcare Domain

Role Description: Project Manager - Life Sciences

We are looking for a candidate able to lead & own delivery of projects in Pharma and Life Sciences area. The candidate should have sound knowledge of the business area, specifically Pharma Commercial and be able to work in a cross-collaboration model across teams and geographies.

Role and responsibilities :

- Experience in driving Offshore-onsite Model, providing regular mentoring and guidance to the team, Pharma and Healthcare domain knowledge will be an added advantage.

- Provide technical and management leadership, playing the role of Business Liaison between Client and the team.

- Coordinate with Support teams and Multiple vendors on the Deliveries and processes.

- Diagnose and triage problems at various levels of complexity and communicate solutions.

- Communicate, coordinate, and manage escalation of urgent problems with required team and stakeholders. Design, develop and implement processes, system, and technology to support and enhance deliveries, including workflows and incident management.

- Lead the strategic initiatives and attend/drive MBRs and QBRs with Business stakeholders.

- Ability to deal with complex, time bound issues.

- Hands on experience on MDM solutions and tools like Reltio, Veeva Network, Informatica MDM etc. Concepts - Exact, Fuzzy, Match and Merge, Auto/Potential Matches.

- Good experience in Databases (Oracle/SQL Server), Datawarehouse and ETL technologies (Informatica/SSIS).

- Sound knowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP cloud.

- Work with India leadership team to manage department level initiatives.

The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in,

- Strong verbal as well as written communication skills

- Managing a large team and the capability to scale up

- Client relationship builder and driving initiatives to elevate client experience

- Self-motivated and self-driven to work against tight timelines

- Team player & ability to multi-task based on project needs

Required Qualifications :

- Minimum of bachelor's in engineering or similar

- 8-12 years of working experience in Pharmaceutical landscape

- Demonstrated ability to work well in an agile team environment

- A proven high-performer and team-player, with the ability to take the lead on projects.
