Project Manager Lead Generation job opportunity in Gurgaon with global market intelligence and content services firm for a professional holding at least 12 years experience in Lead generation/inside sales.


- You will use your experience in Lead Generation to oversee the complete lead generation process and target achievements. Our client is looking for a professional eager to grow their career in inside sales/lead generation of Telecom Domain for different geographies across the globe.

Location : Gurgaon

Responsibilities :

- Managing the team in terms of hiring, training and monitoring the team members BD Executive, Researchers and Leads.

- Achieving the daily targets and conversion of leads

- Maintaining the CRM and reporting

- Managing the complete strategy and planning in terms of designing & executing the campaigns

- Strategizing on improving the quality of lead generation and result in greater revenue for the client.

- Helping in defining and monitoring the key performance metrices across the team.

- Developing the strategy to maximize conversion over a period of time through consistent and relevant touch points

- Gathering the feedback from sales team to judge the effectiveness of the lead generation

- Engaging with research and client teams to understand the campaign detail and help in identifying the targets

Requirements :

- 12+ years of experience overall should have 7 years experience in leading B2B lead generation process

- Should have experience of lead generation in B2B for telecom or IT products and services

- Should have experience of planning and executing high value email and tele calling campaigns

- Should have worked on CRMs in past for daily tracking and reporting

- Should have excellent written and verbal communication

- Must have people management experience with ability to mentor and support large teams
