Project Manager for KYC French Language


As a PMO for the program, you are expected to ensure that the project governance is in place, all the project related KPIs are tracked and met; and ensure a smooth Change Management process; co-ordinate with stakeholders from all location, onshore as well as in Bucharest and Bangalore to ensure the KTP offshoring journey is smooth and completed on time.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Set up and run the governance structure on KTP offshoring with SG GSC and EBS (incl monitoring, tracking and reporting)

- Weekly stream follow up connects

- Monthly KTP governance with onshore

- Contribution to the KTP governance as well as to the Compliance offshoring governance

- Budget construction and follow-up (along with CPLE/COO offshore and in SG GSC and EBS)

- Secure the hiring of appropriate staff to deliver the growth anticipated

- Set up the legal requirements and the contract team to ensure the global framework is followed

- Ensure operational risk are managed as per the global framework

- Coordination with all the stream leads to follow up on the progress and ensure the instruction and closure of open points

Team Player:

- Proactively participate in team building activities and knowledge sharing sessions within and outside the team

- Engage in transversal initiatives and contribute to the organization level transformation activities where by enhancing the value of self and team

Skills and experience

- French expertise - Read, Write & Speak - Must to have

- Relavant experience in project management, on global scale projects, preferably within the Investment banking industry

- Specific expertise in interacting and working with diverse teams in an on-shore / off-shore operating model

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills while dealing with internal stakeholders including business, IT and support as well as external vendors

- Ability to work in a complex, results-driven work environment in a culturally diverse and geographically spread team with varying level of knowledge and skills set

- Proficient in MS office and Excel

- Experience in Transition and Transformation is an added advantage

Job location & Travel needs : 

- The position will be based in Bangalore

- There will be a need for frequent & short notice international/domestic travel through the year
